PRICING AND TERMS Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Acceptances of all orders are subject to final approval of VST. Contact VST for prices and availability of lengths not listed. No minimum quantity order required. Orders less than $500.00 (net) are subject to a $50.00 handling fee. Payment terms are NET 30 days upon approved credit. SHIPPING FREE FREIGHT on all orders within the continental U.S. All prices are F.O.B. shipping point and freight allowed. VST selects the freight carrier. If the purchaser selects another carrier than approved by VST or requests expedited delivery, the purchaser must pay the additional expense. VST assumes no responsibility for delivery at or to destination. VST Sales management must approve drop shipments. Approved drop shipment freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. WARRANTY VST products are warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship. Use of VST products on non-UL systems or use that falls outside intended fi eld of use voids any stated or implied warranty. This warranty does not cover any components exposed to contact with fuels containing more than 5% methanol, 10% ethanol, 15% MTBE by volume or any exposure to M85 / E85 fuel or other alcohol rich fuel. VST is not responsible for the misuse of nor improperly installed products. This warranty does not cover any indirect damages or loss of product or revenue. Repair or replacement of the defective part under the terms of this warranty is the exclusive remedy. VST is not liable for incidental, consequential or indirect damages or loss including without limitation personal injury, death, property damage, environmental damages, product damages, loss of product or loss of revenue or profi ts. VST is not liable for any claims or lawsuits against the customer. In the event of a warranty claim the purchaser must obtain a copy of a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to returning product to insure proper processing. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the distributor. Warranty status will be determined within 30 days of return of suspected items. All returned merchandise deemed Not Under Warranty; will be held by VST for 7 business days prior to disposal. Return of this product to purchaser will require purchaser to issue a call tag within 7 business days of notifi cation. RETURN POLICY VST stocking distributors are allowed one annual stock adjustment with an offsetting order of equal or greater value. A 20% re-stocking fee applies to returned product from an annual adjustment or incorrect ordering by the distributor.
