The use of the design information found inside the Vapor Systems Technologies, Inc. (VST) drawings is contingent upon acceptance of and compliance with the following Terms and Conditions: VST does not and cannot warrant that the plans for installing the Emissions Control System (ECS) Membrane Processor are compliant with all legal requirements that exist or as they may be applied in the future. Nor does VST warrant that the ECS Membrane Processor installed in conformity with these plans will be free of all leaks. Accordingly, the recipient of these materials is strongly encouraged to consult with a fueling station engineer to independently evaluate whether these plans are truly sufficient for installing the ECS Membrane Processor system at the specific gasoline dispensing facility (GDF). Always refer to all federal, state, and local codes.

The recipient of these materials understands that the copyright in the materials is owned by VST and also, that the materials contain privileged and confidential business information of VST. Accordingly, the recipient agrees to retain these materials in strict confidence and agrees not to disclose these materials to any other party and further agrees not to make copies of the materials. The recipient agrees to use the materials only for the limited purpose for which VST has made the materials available.

The recipient of the materials may "Copy" the design information found inside the VST drawing title blocks, and "Paste" inside their respective companies title blocks. The "Copied" materials may then be used for specific gasoline dispensing facility (GDF) designs using the VST ECS Membrane Processor. Acceptance of the Terms And Conditions described above.
